Longhua Subdistrict is located along Shenzhen’s central axis and at the geographic center of Longhua District. It spans a total area of 19.18 square kilometers, accounting for one-ninth of the district's area. The subdistrict oversees 13 community workstations, 18 community joint-stock cooperative companies, and 23 neighborhood committees. Within its jurisdiction are 78 urban villages and 65 residential communities. It manages and serves a population of approximately 800,000, including around 150,000 registered residents. The population density reaches about 40,000 people per square kilometer — 4.8 times the city average and 2.6 times the district average. On average, each community manages 53,100 residents, with the most populous community exceeding 70,000.
