Covering an area of 400 mu (about 26.67 hectares), the Guanlan Shanshuitianyuan Tourism and Culture Park is a national 4-A level tourist attraction featuring the Hakka style water-bound landscape, ecological field, folk culture, and the traditional Chinese painting industry and provides catering, hospitality, hot spring, recreation, performing arts, outreach activities, and water amusement park services to the tourists.

Hailed as “the Paradise in Shenzhen”, the park has become a miniature of the integrated development of cultural, creative and tourism industries. Drawing upon its existing resources, the park attracts artists and other talents to settle here to comprehensively upgrade current industries and to facilitate the development of local culture, creative and tourism industries. After years of development, the park has become a model project in Shenzhen and has won many awards. It also has served as a sub-venue of the China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industrial Fair (ICIF) for ten consecutive years.
