A 62,000-square-meter digital economy and ecological industrial park with a total investment of over 8 billion yuan will be built by Guanlan River in Longhua District by 2024.

The industrial park is one of Longhua District’s first batch of key construction projects in 2021 and will be located at the Baling New Village area in Guanlan Subdistrict.

The industrial park will be built into a complex featuring smart industries, beautiful ecological environment and quality life in the northern Guanlan area of the Meiguan Innovation Corridor, according to Shenzhen Property Rights Development Group, the developer of the industrial park.

Upon completion, the park will offer around 25,000-square-meter industrial space for enterprises from digital economy-related and newly-emerged industries such as smart manufacturing, digital heathcare and digital culture. It will also build an integrated smart service platform for the enterprises and invite leading property managment companies at home to operate the industrial park.
