Shenzhen’s first public legal service center for small and medium-sized enterprises recently opened in Longhua District.

The center aims to offer one-stop legal services, including legal assistance, judicial expertise and confirmation, notarization and arbitration, evidence storage and retention, and the protection of intellectual property rights, to a total of 268,700 small-, medium- and micro-sized enterprises in the district to ensure the compliant, healthy and rapid development of the SMEs and to help the district establish a first-class international business environment for the enterprises.

In the future, the center will continue introducing its high-quality public legal services to enterprises and industrial parks to further promote the establishment of a professional legal service mechanism and boost the construction of “Digital Longhua.”

The center is jointly built by the Political and Law Commission of CPC Longhua District Committee, Longhua District Investment Promotion and Enterprise Service Center and the Shenzhen Municipal Development and Promotion Association of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises.

Wang Hong, deputy head of the Political and Law Commission of CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Longhua District leader Wang Dianjia attended the opening ceremony of the center.
